Healthy snack hack: roasted chickpeas!

I don’t know about you guys, but we are always hungry at my house! Here’s a healthy snack hack: banish those pesky pre-dinner cravings with a hearty bowl of roasted chickpeas. We like to keep them simple with OBX Spices poultry seasoning and a drizzle of lime on top. This one is a favorite of mine because it’s an easy way to keep junk food out of our hands without spoiling a good dinner. Or you can roast them as a side to complement your main dish!

Lately, I've been using my new air fryer to prepare this recipe, and tons of others. Definitely an awesome investment - cuts down on meal prep time, not to mention its a great method of healthy frying. I'm in love!

Roasted Chickpeas Recipe Recipe:

Prepare 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix to coat one can of drained, rinsed, and dried chicken peas. Add two teaspoons of OBX Spices poultry seasoning, and mix well. 
Place chickpeas in your Air Fryer basket. Set the temperature to390°f and your timer to 17 minutes. After 5 minutes, open the basket and give the chickpeas a good shake.
Close and continue air frying, shaking about every 5 minutes.
Once chickpeas are done, remove and place in a bowl. Garnish with lime.
Serve and enjoy!
